SimDAL RFC period starting

     Dear interop members,

         The official RFC/TCGreview for SimDAL period is now over. 
Editors and authors took into account the comments made so far. A new 
version of the PR has been posted today and is available there :
http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/SimDALRFC

         We strongly encourage you (and specially TCG members who didn't 
do it yet) to review this version and comment.
