TAPHandle 2.1

Dear VOers,

A new version of TAPHandle (2.1) is online.

Mains improvements:
1) Support of the quoted table names: This format is used by Vizier to publish tables which name contains irregular characters. 
The Vizier TAP service has been updated at the same time.
2) Direct access to the last release of the 3XMM catalog (3XMMdr6) from the landing page.
3) Job results or data rows can be displayed on Aladin Lite as long as position values are detected. This feature does not work 
with services powered by DACHs because BASE64 data tables are not yet supported by AL.
4) 2 text search bars have been added to AL to easily select any survey or to overlay the current view with any Vizier catalog. 
Only datasets covering the current field of View are proposed by this search engine which is based on the CDS MOC server.

For the new comers:
TAPHandle is a WEB application allowing to browse and search TAPs services from a simple browser.
