VO-DML V1.0 - RFC period start

A reminder... the RFC period for VO-DML model ends today.

To date, we have comments from Markus and Pierre.
Thank you for the input, we will be reviewing these and decide on the next
step for the document.

If you have other comments/opinions which you'd like to considered, please
submit them ASAP.
