TAP-1.1 and DALI-1.1 WDs are now available

Dear all,

2 new Working Drafts are available on the IVOA document repository.

The WD for the DALI-1.1 specification:

The WD for the TAP-1.1 specification:

Both available in PDF and HTML format as usual. Sources available on
volute for the brave.

Discussion on these WD as well as implementation reports and comments
can follow the usual channels.
We'll have a report on both in the DAL 1 session during the interop in
Cape Town, Tuesday next week.
