IVOA Interop in Sesto - shuttle bus additional info

Dear IVOA members,
this mail contains explanatory details about the transportation means
for the oncoming IVOA Interop in Sesto
(http://www.sexten-cfa.eu/en/conferences/2015/details/54-ivoa-interoperability-workshop--spring-2015.html).

The private bus arrangement from Venice (VCE airport terminal) to
Sesto, and backwards, has been set up to allow an easier direct
connection between the Interop venue and the nearest international
airport, grouping meeting participants and with respect to likely
choices of arrival and departure dates and times of the participants
themselves.

Please be aware that about 3 hours are needed to go from VCE airport
to Sesto (and of course also the other way around).

As of this writing consider that the time schedules for the Saturday
13 and Sunday 14 VCE-Sesto buses (15:30 and 19:30 for both days) are
considered fixed, to allow easier choices of your incoming flights.
A certain flexibility is left on the Sesto-VCE bus transport schedule
for Friday 19 (15:00) and Saturday 20 (09:00) but only to allow enough
time margin to get to VCE for the departing flights.

Also consider the bus will not make custom stops near or in Venice,
but only at the VCE Int'l Airport Terminal. This is due both for
practical and economical reasons.
