VODML in VOTABLE splinter

Since our scheduled time to discuss VODML this week is limited to part of the DM 2 session on Thursday, I thought it would be useful to have an additional informal discussion on the topic.  

So during Wednesday's splinter session (16:00-17:30), we will have this discussion in the Grosser room immediately following the discussion on HIPS.  I will bring a car down in case we run over time people would like a ride back up the hill.
