Datalink RFC period going to the end

Dear all,
     A new version of the DataLink PR dated yesterday has been posted 
today. The editor produced a new version after several weeks of 
discussion  and among authors trying to take into account the RFC period 
comments. Please have a look and say if it's enough changes for you. TCG 
review will officially start on Tuesday, after the TCG teleconf.
