banquet at Waikoloa Interop meeting?

For those of you attending the IVOA Interop in Hawaii…

  Do you want to have a banquet dinner?  This would most likely be on the first evening, Thursday, and would cost of order $75 per person.

We don't want to commit to an event like this if there is not sufficient interest, and the price is fairly steep.  Many of us will also be attending ADASS and its banquet.
