GWS Parameter Description Language RFC restart

Dear IVOA members,

The IVOA Grid and Web Services Working group announces the restart of 
the Request For Comments (RFC) period for IVOA Parameter Description 
Languague (PDL - Version 1.0).

The RFC page is located at:

The latest version of the document is available at:

The RFC period will restart the 24 december 2013 and it will finish the
