Simulation Data Model 1.0, IVOA Recommendation

Dear IVOA members,

On behalf of the Data Model Working Group and the Theory Interest Group, 
we are pleased to announce to the IVOA community that the Simulation 
Data Model 1.0 has been approved for Recommendation by the IVOA Exec on 
May 3rd.

Many thanks to the authors for their editorial efforts,  IVOA members 
which contributed to the RFC process,  and the TCG for their valuable 
comments in completing the process for moving this standard to IVOA
