RFC starts for "Observation Data Model Core Components and its Implementation in the Table Access Protocol"

Dear all ,

The working draft for ObsCore data model and its TAP implementation  
has been revised.

The last version of the document is available as a Proposed  
recommendation at :

http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/ObsCoreRFC

and will soon be available on the IVOA Documents page.

The RFC period is from 3rd May to 3rd June.
