IVOA website and wiki

[IVOA Document Coordinator]

Dear IVOA Community,

This afternoon we will be moving the hosting of the IVOA website and 
wiki from ESO to Caltech. The wiki will be down briefly but should be 
back up by 2PM PST today, 27 July. The website should remain up 
throughout the transition.

With these moved, the transition from IVOA web and mailing list hosting 
from ESO to Caltech will be complete. If you encounter any difficulty 
using the website, wiki or mailing lists, please send email to 
ivoadoc at ivoa.net.
