Providing Photometric Data Measurements Description in VOTables

   Hello,

   I have uploaded on the Photometry Data Model wiki page a Note describing
a proposal arising from discussions during the last EuroVO-ICE technical
meeting, in order to provide description of photometric data measurements
in VOTables :
