IVOA Documents Standards: Version 1.2 available

Dear collegues,

Following the comments recieved during the RFC,
the status of the IVOA Document Standards 
has been reversed to Working Draft. There is
now a two-week publication period, and I expect
to launch the Request For Comments at the
beginning of March.

In particular, the document has been merged with the IVOA Note
"Guidelines and Procedures for IVOA Document Standards Management V1.0",
and the document numbering schema has been updated, after discussion
with the TCG.
