IVOA mailing list archives are back

Dear IVOA members,

The IVOA mailing list archives (http://www.ivoa.net/forum) were not
being updated during the period between July 27 and August 27.
They are now back, but you will notice something weird: the overview
page will still report no messages were received in this period. They
all end up being marked as processed on August 27.
This means that even a message sent July 28 will be found on the August archive.

You might expect changes to the web archive of the mailing lists in
the near future, as I try to find a more robust solution than the
present system.
