Spectrum DM RFC period ending

Dear IVOA members,

The RFC period for the Spectrum Data model was started 4 weeks ago from 
now, and there is still no comments on the RFC page. I am urging you to 
comment on it within this week.

After that we shall go further in the recommendation process, that is 
validation by the IVOA Exec, so no changes in the document will be 
possible.
