UCD to Semantics

Dear VOers,

As was announced during the Victoria interop meeting, the UCD WG
was officially renamed to the Semantics WG. As a consequence
all contents in the Wiki page for the UCD WG have been transferred to
that of the Semantics WG.

The transition includes:

a) move ucd subscribers to the semantics majordomo list
b) freeze the ucd wiki page: put an informational note pointing to semantics
c) put a similar note on the semantic wiki page

Hence subscribers don't have to do anything. Accidental future
postings to the ucd list will be redirected to semantics. The historic
ucd mail archive and wiki pages will freeze and new content will go
into the respective semantic slot.

The transition was implemented yesterday, and the Wiki page for the
Semantics WG is now found at
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaSemantics.

The implementation was made by Andrea Preite Martinez (teh chairperson
of the Semantics WG), Bruno Rino and Markus Dolensky, and I would like
to appreciate their effort.
