Compliance of the INES Archive with the SIAP protocol

Dear colleagues,

This is to let you know that INES, the IUE Archive and access system, is now
SIAP compatible.

The document describing the use of the SIAP protocol in the context of INES can
be found at: http://sdc.laeff.esa.es/ines/docs/SIAP.pdf. You can also find below
some examples of use.
