Java Registry client utilities

Hello,

  The Cone/CAS search interface and task manager which had previously been
built into VO Enabled Mirage have now been extracted into a seperate
package with a small demonstration Java application.  The classes, written
in Java, can easily be used by any Java application to provide
Registry/Cone/CAS search functionality as well as rudimentry task
