Mirage - download manager - fix for new registry

The registry prortotype changed yesterday in such a way that the 
prototype Mirage will no longer work. 
This just required a a recompile with the new webservice.

This is now available - and has a new feature allowing multiple simultaneous downloads from vo sources.

If you already have mirage you only need the new vo_noMirage jar
