[Heig] Next HEIG meeting - poll for input by COB FRiday

Folks,

Bruno and I are working to schedule a meeting for next week.  We have a 2-day window to try, given other conflicts.  Here’s a when2meet poll.  I will pick the date by COB tomorrow (Friday).

Everyone is welcome. Based on the agenda, the following folks will drive the day/time choice (**Bruno, Matheui, Janet, Ian, Mireille, Baptiste**) since they are direct contributors.

Here’s the suggested agenda:

  o Prototype status:
	— CfA prototype accessing data products from the Chandra  Source Catalog   (Ian/Janet)
        — ObsParis prototype on access to HESS data using the HE obscore extension  (Mathieu)

  o Settle on the author list for the HEIG note, then discuss next steps once update is made   (All)

  o  Vocabularies: The VEPs strategy for the HE Obscore extension  (Mireille/Baptiste)
  
  o Expectations between now and June Interop (All) … here’s the start of a list for discussion
	— Completed note distributed first to IVOA and then, with prototypes to TCG
	— Make prototype specs available to HEIG
	— Make sample HE data sets available to the community that are available as a result of the obscore extension

  o AOB

Sorry about the rush.  We’ve been trying to schedule a meeting, but our schedules haven’t synced up well.
