[Heig] github is stalled : please help to move forward

Hi Mireille,

As I commented two weeks ago, I’m happy to merge #35 as soon as Bruno signs off on it (since the changes affect CTAO-related example use cases and there was some discussion between Bruno and Francois on the proposed changes in the comments).

Can you explain #47?  I don’t think that it affects the document in any way.  Do you just want to add a copy of this VEP to the repo?
