[Heig] Interop: ObsCore Extension session planning - INPUT REQUEST

Dear HEIG,

In response to the questions raised by Mark, I have put together a draft set of slides for his introductory presentation.  Please consider these a starting point for further iteration.  I’m happy to take and incorporate feedback either in the form of comments or direct revisions.  These are nominally due today (!) but given Monday is a holiday in the US, I think Mark will be OK if we send him slides on Tuesday.
