[Heig] HEIG Meeting - Wed, May 21

All,

I have been working on a summary of the proposals for distribution to the
working groups.  For this Note, I had to go back to the google doc and my
meeting notes to see where things ended.   Is someone tasked with
updating the document terms/definitions to match the Workshop discussion?
