[Heig] HEIG group plans - Info for next TCG mtg

Hi Janet, all

this is our draft, see in particular Tab 1 and 2. Any comment would be
greatly appreciated. Remember we focus here on high level products (DL5 in
our jargon) and not actual events-data (DL3). It's a working draft for the
moment.
