Dear participants and HEIG,

As advertised few weeks ago, we will have a workshop next week in Paris,

Note that we now plan a *Regular HEIG meeting* at the end of the
workshop, *Wednesday 30 April at 2:30pm UTC*, where all HEIG members are
welcome remotely, and we will summarise the discussions, review the HEIG
roadmap and prepare the June Interop meeting in College Park.

In order to have fruitful discussions, there is a number of documents
that participants should read before the meeting, and some preparation
work. Links are provided ont the workshop page:

   - Read the proposed extensions for Radio domain and Time domain
   - Review and update the HEIG Google document listing proposed HE
domain keywords
   - Check the initial HE ObsCore extension draft

We plan more *HEIG related discussions* in the "afternoon" (in phase
with US Eastern Time) :
   - Tuesday 29 April 1pm-4pm UTC :
ObsCore HE keywords, other aspects (DataLink, UCD, ...),
structure and content of the notes
   - Wednesday 30 April 1pm-2pm UTC :
         Next plans

And *more general topics* in the morning sessions:

Description of ObsCore and proposed extensions and VO concepts
(MOC, DataLink)
