updated), I'd say the procedure would be a good addition to the web<br>
assets note (<a href="http://ivoa.net/documents/notes/webassets/index.html" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://ivoa.net/documents/notes/webassets/index.html</a>).<br>
