Dear DSP Members,

The Northern Fall IVOA Interoperability Meeting will take place at the German Centre for Astrophysics (DZA) in Görlitz, Germany, from November 14-16, 2025. This will be a 2.5-day event, with the option for remote attendance. Details are available at: https://indico.ict.inaf.it/event/3325/.

We invite you to contribute to the Distributed Services and Protocols (DSP) Working Group sessions. The DSP Working Group focuses on developing standards and protocols to enable interoperability across various functionalities, including authentication and authorization, credential delegation, workflow execution and management, workflow provenance, user data interchange, execution interfaces, APIs, and cloud-based deployments.

We welcome contributions in the form of talks, demonstrations, or discussions on topics such as:

  * Implementations of DSP standards (e.g., Single Sign-On, VOSpace, Universal Worker Service).
  * Progress on active projects like Execution Broker or Authentication and Authorization (AuthVO).
  * Experiences with DSP standards as a user or developer.
  * Use cases for interoperable workflows, provenance tracking, or cloud-based deployments.
  * Proposals for new standards or updates to existing ones (e.g., UWS, VOSpace 2.2).

If you are interested in contributing, please send the following details to Jesus Salgado (jesus.salgado at skao.int) and Sara Bertocco (sara.bertocco at inaf.it):

  *   Speaker name
  *   Title of the contribution
  *   A brief abstract

To assist with planning, we encourage you to submit your proposals by October 1, 2025, and register for the meeting (even for remote attendance) at the meeting website by the same date.

If you are unsure about the suitability of your contribution or are a first-time contributor, please feel free to contact us for guidance.

We look forward to your participation and contributions to the DSP sessions!

Best regards,
Jesus Salgado and Sara Bertocco
