GWS Telecon: doodle poll

Hi working group,

Let's hold one more GWS telecon before the next interop in mid May.  I've
setup a doodle with meeting options for the beginning of April.  Please
make your choices if you think you might be able to attend.  I will send
out the information on the chosen date and time by the end of next week
(March 22nd).  Attendance has been low in the last few so it would be nice
to see more participants.
