errors in VOSI document examples

Hi,

I have spotted some errors in the VOSI standards table response examples

* spurious spaces before the closing of various elements
* 5.3 the <name> of the second <schema> is closed with </schema>
* 5.2 the xsi:types of the <dataType> are not legal - presumably this should be vs:TAPType - and if this correction is made then the actual content of the <dataType> should not have an apparent adql: prefix...
