Using Docker in the VO

Hi Dave,

Maxime Heckel who worked on SkyTouch made us a presentation and a demo of Docker in September 2013.
It was a young but promising project.
As it is now mature it is in our plan for this year to experiment it. It should start in mid April in the frame of an internship. And we will be happy to share and collaborate.
