PDL last working draft

Hi Jose,

concerning the first comment, in previous versions Theory and GWS were 
mentioned in the document
PDL has been presented and discussed in GWS and it is only linked to GWS 
in his last release

Carlo Maria : could you take into account in your document the comments 
you agree and prepare a list of the comments which have to be discussed 
? thanks
