Definitive version of the VOTable schema for web services

If I remember correctly Alex Szalay suggested the use of a DataSet  
(.NET) or RowSet (Java) a long time ago instead or in addition to a  
votable exaclty because generating a proxy class for such constructs  
is trivial.

So you see Roy, there is at least on really smart person.
