About Axis 1.2 final release

Hi,

Axis 1.2 final release is available since last week (2 years after 1.1 ... but
it seems that they want to reduce the time between final versions) and i have
tested it before upgrading CDS Web Services.  I have currently encountered no
problem but i will make some more tests and perhaps more comments. If somebody
else has comments about this new release, thanks for replying.
