Universal Worker Service

Hi,

I have just attched to the GWS-WG wiki-page a draft of an IVOA recommendation
for a "univeral worker service". This is a formalization of the Asynchronous
activities proposal, with more detail added. The proposed interface unifies
the AstroGrid CEA ideas with the emerging grid infrastructure (WS-RF).
