So many protocols, so little time...
Seriously though, has anyone ever heard of this one? I've never even heard
of it! I note with interest that it was initally proposed by "IBM, BEA,
others" rather than "IBM, BEA and Microsoft" while DIME itself is a purely
Microsoft standard.
Stick with MIME, while it doesn't have the feature set of the other two,
however at least it's actually a real, honest to God, standard.
