Call for Contributions: Distributed Services and Protocols

Jesus and James,

I will be very interested to see James's implementation progress,
but I believe there is a serious problem with the existing text
of the AuthVO document as regards use of Bearer tokens, as I
reported a week ago in https://github.com/ivoa-std/AuthVO/issues/22
So I'm sceptical about moving to RFC without significant
changes to the text.

I can think of a way round this which I believe would if implemented
solve all our problems by combining RFC9728 with DPoP (RFC9449),
though DPoP implementation would require some additional work in
clients and services.

I don't know whether we will get the chance to discuss this
before the meeting within the issue #22 referenced above;
if not I can present my concerns and suggested way forward
in the DSP session.
