Call for contributors to GWS at Shanghai IVOA

Dear IVOA,

This is a call for contributions to the Grid and Web Services sessions
taking place in Shanghai, May 14-19.

There will likely be two sessions, focusing on:
    - cloud storage and computing
    - web services and service interoperability
    - access control (authentication and authorization)
    - workflows
    - standards and implementations

Some specific hot topics of late are:
    - code-to-data, docker
    - SSL transitioning
    - interoperable/federated access control
    - VOSpace evolution
