Web Service & WG status

Dear Clive,

since the Web Service discussion forum has been promoted to an IVOA 
working group under your guidance it has got - like all WGs - a 
collaborative page (http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaWebServices)
and mailing list <ws at ivoa.net>.

This mailing list itself is now a subscriber of <interop at ivoa.net> which 
is the  list for general postings to all the WGs (incl. the IVOA exec 
comprised of VO project managers).
