Mango - Recommendation approved!

All,

We got word yesterday that Mango-1.0, VOEvent-2.1 and DocRegExt-1.0 were
approved by the Exec as of April 29, 2026!

Congratulations to Laurent, and everyone who worked on the Mango project.
That model will facilitate important new threads in the IVOA.

Next steps:
  * please update the date and status of the model to the above date, and
"REC"
  * provide the package to the documents repository
  * add a tag in the Git repository for
     - there is apparently a 'make tag' target in the ivoatex makefile..
which looks like it would create "REC-MANGO-1.0"
