Next DM running meeting 31 Oct at 2pm UTC

Dear all,

We will have the next meeting on *Friday 31 Oct. at 2pm UTC.*

The poll was not optimal, but the idea is to concentrate on ObsCore 
extension topics, as for the Interop session. The session is currently 
planned on Saturday 15 Nov. at 2pm CET (Görlitz time, i.e 1pm UTC)
