Data Model Playground

Hi,

I have gathered some of the main data models in the IVOA into a single project that runs the vodml tooling that I demonstrated last week at the Interop.

The project is https://github.com/ivoa/DataModelPlayground and the idea is to fork it and be able to 
test out some refactorings between the models https://github.com/ivoa/DataModelPlayground/tree/master/models. The new tooling should make it much less
labour intensive to try out ideas.

I have included some registry models as well as the traditional models, as they contribute to the overall IVOA Data Model that is used to find and operate on data in the VO.

I have also included a very early translation of the CharacterisationDM https://github.com/ivoa/DataModelPlayground/blob/master/models/Characterization.vodsl - this was initiated by using a transformation from the existing XML schema in the same way as the Registry models - however, it was not as successful as the schema does not restrict itself to certain XML schema constructs in the same way that the registry ones do, and consequently this model needs more work before it represents the description in the standard document.

Anyway, Fork, Branch, Play (in fact branch often for each idea!).
