SDM running meeting

Dear DM

I propose a 1 hour running meeting to resume working of the spectral data model upgrade.

For the record, some model enhancements have been suggested by Vandana (IPAC) in 2020

    - Spectral order support
    - The upper/lower limits support
    - VOUnit compliance

MCD gave a very good overview of the issue last Fall interop

The purpose of the meeting is to make a decision on the path forward to achieve this update.
