IVOA - Spectrum Data Model change request

I would be happy to participate in a splinter meeting. I have family in
town Apr 25-27, but could participate Apr 26-29. If the latter dates are
impossible, then I could probably carve out some time on Apr 25 or Apr 27,
but not Apr 26.
