Cross-match algorithms for general use

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to inquire about the current status of cross-match algorithms
in the IVOA. Is/are there any that are blessed by the IVOA for general use,
so for example they could be invoked in a Jupyter notebook?  Thanks.
