new version of ProvTAP available

Hi all,

    As annouced yesterday in DAL/Apps session and today in DM session a 
new version of ProvTAP DAL protocol (internal WG draf) tconsitent with 
provenance DM PR2 has been posted on the WG pages.

The specification itself is there

ProvTAP is supposed to be a DAL protocol managed by the DAL WG. It will 
be promotted to the status of DAL IVOA  WD soon now.
