Prov-WD: Wrong multiplicity of Activity --> WasConfiguredBy

Hi all,

the current multiplicity of the relation Activity --> WasConfiguredBy
in Figures 7 and 8 is

Activity 0..1 --> * WasConfiguredBy

The wrong multiplicity is "0..1", meaning that there may be
WasConfiguredBy object that are not related to an Activity class.
WasConfiguredBy object however don't have a live outside of the scope of
a parent Activity, so this should be "1".

I am also wondering why the relations between WasConfiguredBy and
Parameter resp. ConfigFile are associations and not compositions. The
restrictions given in the text for the ConfigFile/Parameter - Activity
livecycle are also valid for ConfigFile/Parameter - WasConfiguredBy, and
would be naturally solved by making those a composition.
