I have committed to volute the above change to remove the domain
specializations for 'general' coordinates..
eg: "SpatialCoordValue" "SpectralCoordValue", "TimeCoordValue"
These are all now served by the general "PhysicalCoordValue" object (which
is no longer abstract) in the base package.

So basically we have 1 'general' representation, and shortcut
specializations in Time and Space domains.

Areas updated:
  + STC - models, vo-dml products, doc/diagrams/alt == my UML diagrams
  + STC/examples/vot == example serializations
  + Cube/examples/vot == example serializations (Cube, Image, TimeSeries as
cube)

I've gotten some offline feedback about some of the content which I'd like
to bring out to the group.
The first has to do with the time domain coordinates... will send a
separate mail out soon about that.
