[Obscore1.1] update of the PR document following RFC Comments: new COLORED version on line

Mireille,

I've reviewed the green changes, mostly looks OK, but I have one
comment.  There are some problems with the entries in the
"Data product type" column in Table 2 (sec 3.3.2.1).

  - Most of the entries are capitalised ("Image" rather than "image").
    Since these are literal labels intended for matching in
    ADQL queries, the case sensitivity should match that of the
    tokens enumerated in sec 3.3.1.

  - The final entry is "timeserie".  It should read "timeseries".

Otherwise, I think it's OK, though note that one of the listed
reference implementations (CADC) currently has several errors
in its implementation of ObsCore 1.1 as described in this draft.
