[Cube/ImageDM] - Updated model documents

I have just uploaded an update to the DatasetDM model document to the IVOA
document repository.
It should appear there in the near future.

This version includes comments from the Sesto interop, plus migration of
the STC2 prototype.
The STC2 prototype aligns with Arnold's most recent model diagrams (except
in the Transform section).

The document, model, and diagrams are also updated in the volute repository:
  https://volute.g-vo.org/svn/trunk/projects/dm/CubeDM-1.0/
